Dialogues on Uncertainty (2009 – 2012)

Referencing a contemporary experience of travel, mobility, and diasporas, this series focuses on materialising trajectories rather than destinations. Replacing the paintbrush, a miniature car drives automatically over Atlas—a classically painted human vertebra—through the duration of individual phone-calls. Mapping time itself, these traces remain a course, wandering, in the struggle to be positioned.
